Smoky Killer Bee Cocktail

This version is a twist on the classic Bee's Knees cocktail, but uses mezcal instead of gin for a smokier flavor profile.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Mezcal
• 3/4 oz Honey syrup
• 1 1/2 oz Lemon juice
• 1 Lemon twist (garnish)

Instructions:

1. Combine the mezcal, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice.
3. Shake well until chilled.
4. Fine strain into a serving glass.
5. Garnish with a lemon twist.
