Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz Brandy
  • 1 oz Dark Creme de Cacao
  • 1 oz Fresh cream or half-and-half (you can adjust the amount to your preference for creaminess)
  • Freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

(1) Chill the Glassware: Begin by chilling your cocktail glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and setting it aside while you prepare the drink.
(2) Shake the Ingredients:
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  • Add 1½ oz of Brandy, 1 oz of Dark Creme de Cacao, and 1 oz of fresh cream or half-and-half into the shaker.
  • Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well-chilled and combined.
