Berry Bliss Cocktail Recipe

Tue, Jul 02, 24  |  vodka cocktail

This cocktail showcases the natural sweetness and tartness of fresh berries, balanced with the floral notes of elderflower liqueur and the citrusy brightness of lemon juice. It’s perfect for summer evenings or any time you want a fruity and flavorful drink. Enjoy!

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz elderflower liqueur (such as St-Germain)
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 4-6 fresh raspberries
  • 4-6 fresh blackberries
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh berries, for garnish (optional)

Muddle the berries: In a cocktail shaker, add the fresh raspberries and blackberries. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently mash and release the juices from the berries.

Add the liquids: Pour in the vodka, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup into the shaker.

Shake it up: Fill the shaker with ice cubes, secure the lid tightly, and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds. This will chill the mixture and blend the flavors together.

Prepare the glass: Fill a rocks glass or a coupe glass with ice cubes to chill it.

Strain and serve: Use a fine mesh strainer to strain the cocktail mixture into the chilled glass, discarding the muddled berries solids.

Garnish: Optionally, garnish with a few fresh berries on a cocktail pick or float them on top of the drink for an elegant presentation.

Serve: Your Berry Bliss vodka cocktail is now ready to be enjoyed! Serve immediately while it’s cold and refreshing.
